We are seeking an reputed company Call Center Representative to join reputed company at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. As a Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers through phone, email, and chat
- Handling high-volume customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations
- Investigating and resolving missing medication data and deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes)
- Settling information section-reputed company exceptions and resolving patient and prescriber inquiries
- Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed
- Obtaining and maintaining a dynamic pharmacist license or certification reputed company the first 90 days of employment
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation, typing, and data entry
- Basic web browsing skills, including opening a browser, searching online, and completing forms
- 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:- At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
- At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
