Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer reputed company Phone Specialist to join our remote team in Arizona. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to our healthcare customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

As a Customer reputed company Phone Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Identifying, researching, processing, resolving, and responding to customer inquiries and correspondence reputed company telephone, written communication, and/or in person.
