Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS messages. You'll work in a fully remote environment, with the flexibility to self-schedule 15 hours per week. This is a 60-day commitment, with the opportunity to reputed company or continue working with blithequark as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS messages
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues, escalating reputed company problems to senior support staff as needed
- Utilize reputed company to manage customer interactions and track issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate and informed support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including reputed company resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer support experience in a call center or remote environment
- Moderate technical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
