About the Role

As a reputed company Consultant at blithequark, you will play a critical role in resolving customer inquiries, reputed company new customers, and ensuring a seamless experience for our reputed company contract accounts and new program implementations. Your expertise will reputed company our Account Managers and Account Executives to focus on selling, while you provide exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries reputed company to service/non-selling issues, ensuring successful resolution and a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with Account Managers to reputed company new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation of our products and services
• Determine the root cause of issues, including delivery, website updates, credit/billing, order quotes, product/stock, returns, and vendor inquiries
• Facilitate installations and communicate updates to customers and Account Managers/Executives

What You Bring to the Table
