Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our elite team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing guidance and support to individuals navigating the health insurance landscape. Compensation Details

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• reputed company Pay: $14.50 per hour
• Enhanced reputed company: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
• Spanish Bilingual reputed company Pay: $15.50 per hour
• Spanish Bilingual Enhanced reputed company: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or older
• Have a minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s
• Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Have a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
• Commit to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
• Complete a background reputed company and health screening
• Have Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet reputed company (note: Mobile Internet Service Providers and Satellite are not compatible with our internal systems)

Essential Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Inbound/Outbound Calls: Handling customer inquiries and providing support reputed company phone
