About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative (Student Loan Advisor) at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will be the face of our company, and your excellent communication skills, reputed company, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering a positive and professional customer experience. This is an in-center position with the possibility of working from home after 90 days, provided you meet the required performance, attendance, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls, chats, and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, provide detailed information, and resolve any emerging problems they may face.
• Utilize standard technology such as telephones, email, and web browsers to navigate to pre-scripted responses and provide basic general and claims-specific information.
• Follow established policies and standard operating procedures, including working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, documentation, and adhering to ethics and privacy rules.
• Assist callers with filling out their applications and submitting them electronically to plan providers for processing.
• Complete basic call logs, documentation, and reputed company call details for each phone inquiry.

Schedule and Work Environment

Our schedule is as follows:

• Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
