Job Description
As our Full Stack Business Assurance Leader for Financial Crimes Management, you'll play a critical role in leading the development and implementation of the assurance reputed company that oversees and strengthens controls reputed company to financial crimes. You'll provide strategic leadership in ensuring that our organization's policies, processes, and systems reputed company with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and risk mitigation practices.
Key Responsibilities

- Work across AMCB to share insights on regulatory remediation solutions while also seeking out perspective from other LOBs (e.g., Commercial and Shared Services).
- Confirm first-line-of-defense testing is performed to demonstrate enhancements are working.
- Proactively ensure exam and other testing readiness by FCM to improve self-ID reputed company and successful audits and exams.

Essential Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in financial crimes management, risk management, or compliance reputed company the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a regulatory and risk-focused environment.
- In-depth knowledge of AML regulations, fraud detection, and prevention frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and technology-driven solutions for risk management.

Preferred Qualifications
* Certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-reputed company Specialist) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) are a plus.
