Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack GTM Recruiter to join reputed company in the Bay Area. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive the growth of our organization. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify hiring needs, meet and report on recruiting KPIs, and manage the pipeline. You will also network with potential candidates to promote our brand, reduce our time-to-hire, and ensure we attract the best people, even those who are "not looking."

Responsibilities

* Strong understanding and experience identifying qualified candidates

• Build and reputed company a strong network of potential candidates
• Manage our recruiting pipeline and the applicant tracking system
• Comfortably present and promote our technology and our company culture
• Write and post technical and other job descriptions
