While we are intentional with our daily huddles, it can be hard for a lot of people to maintain your drive. Once most people get accustomed to it, it can be incredibly rewarding. For others, their discipline can wane and can become demotivated. A lot of work is sourcing; actively trying to recruit people who aren't necessarily looking.
