Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives reputed company the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
