Job Summary

As a Full Stack Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems. Work Outline

As a Full Stack Call Center Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Handling high-volume customer calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
  • Investigating missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-reputed company exceptions.
  • Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed.
  • Obtaining and verifying patient information, processing prescriptions, and resolving issues reputed company to patient medication demands.
  • Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide solutions.

As a Full Stack Call Center Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
  • Utilizing our pharmacy information entry methodology and rules to process new enrollments by entering information into our systems.
  • Handling patient medication demands reputed company HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
  • Entering top-off orders for processing and resolving data entry-reputed company exceptions.
  • Investigating missing prescription data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).

Essential Capabilities

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Essential level computer skills, including starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online.
  • Essential web browsing skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search reputed company, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/reputed company/stop buttons, and completing online forms.
  • Intermediate level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 25 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing files.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Age 18 or older.

Favored Capabilities

While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:
  • At least one year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
  • At least one and a half years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, including typing at least 35 words per minute, typing by memory, and organizing files.
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
