Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Associate, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring that reputed company tasks are completed accurately and reputed company. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve any issues that may arise, and provide excellent customer service to our clients. This is a part-time remote position, with a flexible schedule that can be tailored to your needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and put away inventory in a timely and accurate manner
* Process customer orders, including selecting, packing, and shipping products
* Use scanners to read bar codes on products and track inventory levels
* View prompts on screens and follow directions for tasks
* Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Ensure that reputed company products meet quality requirements and are packaged correctly
* Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet (equipment training and certification provided free of cost)
Requirements
* Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
* Ability to push utility carts up to 60 pounds
* Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reputed company during shifts
* Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Ability to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
* Ability to adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
