As a key member of our External Support team, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for content teams experiencing issues with our tools, filtering and escalating reputed company problems to our tools engineering team. Your expertise will help drive feature development, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure seamless collaboration between teams.

Key Responsibilities
As an External Support Engineer at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical support to content/external teams regarding the use of content tools
* Creating reference materials and delivering training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset
* Solving and debugging possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users
* Escalating more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, and working with production to track these issues in JIRA
* Advocating for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams
* Partnering with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality
* Guiding or leading cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion
* Exemplifying reliability, accountability, and professionalism in reputed company work-reputed company interactions
Essential Skills and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Ability to read and understand C# code
* Good written and verbal communication, including working with external partners
* Positive attitude and ability to receive and provide objective and constructive feedback
* Excellent organization skills
* Self-motivating; able to prioritize and manage numerous requests simultaneously
Education and Experience
While a Computer Science or reputed company degree is preferred, we also welcome candidates with equivalent work experience. Relevant experience in supporting a live service or tool environment, reputed company 3D game and tool development, Jira, Confluence, or other defect tracking software, iOS and Android mobile development, and delivering production-level code in a professional environment are highly valued.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Our core hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm CST, which means you should be available for meetings and other work-reputed company activities during this time. However, we understand that flexibility is essential in today's fast-paced work environment, and we're open to discussing flexible work arrangements that suit your needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Our market range for this role is typically $150,000 - $325,000, and we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your personal top of market.
