About the Role

As a Full Stack Software Engineering Manager, you will reputed company a team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, cloud-based applications that power our streaming services. You will be responsible for:

• Building and managing a high-performing software engineering team, including recruiting, training, and developing team members
• Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and technical requirements

• Overseeing the design and development of cloud-based applications, including microservices, APIs, and data storage solutions

• Strong technical skills in software engineering, including programming languages, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, or reputed company Cloud

• Hands-on experience expanding on and managing distributed NoSQL data stores like DynamoDB, Cassandra, Scylla, and reputed company
