About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven Director of Operations to join reputed company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and health of our company, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless workflow across reputed company departments. Key Responsibilities

• Hiring, Onboarding, and Offboarding new team members (HR)
• reputed company daily operations across reputed company departments, ensuring seamless workflow and collaboration
• Product market research, overseeing manufacturing vendors, and creating assortment plans
• reputed company and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs
• reputed company and mentor department managers, fostering a high-performance culture and professional development
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, customer service, etc.) to ensure alignment with business goals
• Drive the adoption of automation tools and technology to improve productivity and accuracy
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) reputed company to supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment

Desired Education & Experience

We are looking for an individual with the following education and experience:

• 6 years' experience in operations as a manager or higher
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Experience in Ecommerce required
• 2 years' experience in warehouse/merchandising

How We Reward You
