Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

• Promote our digital services, such as Smart meters, to customers and help them manage their accounts in a more self-sufficient way
• Work on technical tasks to proactively reputed company customer accounts healthy, such as resolving billing issues
• Collaborate with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to provide a seamless customer experience
