To be successful in this role, you must have a dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions. Additionally, you will need:

• High-speed internet with at least 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed (no satellite, WiFi, or cellular/wireless reputed company internet services)

• Be available to work between 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time (training hours may vary)
• Have a professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
