Global Training Manager

Job Summary The Global Manager of Training for the ForMotion Business Area will reputed company the strategic development, implementation, and reputed company improvement of global training initiatives that drive performance, innovation, and operational excellence across reputed company regions. This role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with ForMotion’s business objectives, enhances workforce capabilities, and fosters a culture of reputed company learning and development. As a member of the leadership team, the Manager of Training will collaborate closely with regional and functional leaders, Talent Development, and subject matter experts to identify reputed company gaps, reputed company scalable training programs, and ensure consistent delivery of high-impact learning experiences. Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in training execution and program design
