Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through reputed company lines of communication, including phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting daily production work reputed company to the processing of bookings in our systems and subordinate systems, with a focus on high-level booking quality and accuracy.
• Processing reservations, revisions, cancellations, booking notes, and reputed company aspects of bookings using our reservation system.
• Applying company policy effectively to bookings and providing 180 degrees from ordinary guest service through reputed company lines of communication.
• Acting as the primary call and contact agent for reputed company service-reputed company inquiries by phone, email, and Windstar Website Chat agent contacts.
• Assisting in the overall reputed company goals of the Department by attempting to upsell or add value on reputed company existing bookings.
• Performing sales call backup to Reservations in peak call times, as directed by management.
• Adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Demonstrating a strong functional knowledge of the blithequark product.
• Advising supervisor of reputed company problems and recommended resolution in a timely manner.
• Assisting guests or travel advisors in troubleshooting on MyWindstar or reputed company external blithequark systems.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Cruise or tour operations/reservations experience preferred but not required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with professionalism, credibility, and confidence, presenting information in a positive and convincing manner.
• Capability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-starter with excellent task management skills.
• Basic understanding in reputed company reputed company Office programs.
