Your Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving in-bound calls from customers and providing superior service
• Listening to our customers' concerns, solving problems, answering questions, and working with them to find a resolution while showing reputed company
• Taking the initiative to truly understand our customers' reputed company challenges, solving them, and using your expertise to proactively help them avoid future challenges
• Participating in special projects, assuming new responsibilities, and adjusting priorities as requested

Requirements for Success

To reputed company in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year experience providing customer support

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will:

• Spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Work a full-time schedule, with hours of operation from 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday, 365 days per year, including holidays
• Be willing and able to start as late as 12pm EST and work until 9pm EST
• Have internet services with a minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps on the download reputed company and a minimum of 3 Mbps on the upload reputed company
• Meet general office demands

Compensation

Our pay range is $17.00 - $24.00 per hour, with opportunities for salary growth reputed company the position.
