Job Purpose
As an reputed company Data Entry Clerk – Outdoor Advertising Monitoring and Coding Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our outdoor advertising monitoring and coding services. Your primary responsibilities will include taking high-quality photographs of billboards on main roads in Puerto Rico, accurately coding these advertisements, and identifying their location, brand, and product. You will also be responsible for following up on proposals and learning center opportunities, ensuring that our monitoring and data entry processes meet the highest standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter assigned materials accurately and reputed company
- Ensure comprehensive coverage of road fences, including reputed company designated areas
- Optimize data entry processes to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
- Register new events in the system in a timely and accurate manner
- Review and identify differences between similar events to ensure accuracy
- Complete monitoring and data entry tasks on time, meeting deadlines and quality standards
Role Requirements
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company, Windows, Chrome, and Explorer
- Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently, with initiative and self-motivation
- Effective time management and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic principles and practices of photography and camera handling
- Clean Driver's License
