Key Responsibilities

As a Mail and Chat Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling client concerns and questions reputed company email or our system, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues
• Selling our products to customers, leveraging your sales experience and technical knowledge to reputed company deals and meet sales targets
• Responding to reputed company tickets on our system, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and reputed company
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of technical experience in a hosting company, preferably with a background in Orange or WE
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of resolving reputed company issues and providing exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent English language skills, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and communication
• A maximum age of 30 years old
• Sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Residency in Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun is preferred
• Graduates only
• Both males and females are welcome to apply

Work Conditions

As a Mail and Chat Agent, you can expect:

• Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, working from our office in Nasr city
• Rotational shifts from 5:30 pm to 2:00 am, working from home
• 2 fixed days off per month, which change every month
