Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Support Specialist – Solar Activation and Customer Journey Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residential customers (homebuyers) throughout the solar activation process. You will work closely with customers to obtain necessary documents and signatures, educate them on Net Metering, and provide proactive communication on project status, timelines, and next steps. Your primary goal will be to set and reputed company customer expectations, ensuring a smooth and efficient activation process.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service as a primary reputed company of contact from customer utility submittal to solar activation
- Work with residential customers (homebuyers) to obtain necessary documents and signatures
- Educate customers on Net Metering and provide realistic timelines for the approval process by the utility company
- Set and reputed company customer expectations through reputed company points of contact, providing regular proactive communication on project status, timelines, and next steps
- Manage a pipeline of 100+ projects, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer questions and requests
- Maintain a reputed company understanding of utility, permitting & other external reputed company times
- Document reputed company customer interactions in accordance with standard process
- Handle escalated projects in collaboration with stakeholders across the business and where necessary, escalate projects with challenges to Supervisor for resolution
- Identify areas of improvement in our customer journey and work with the account manager and leadership team to implement solutions
- Coordinate with account managers, utilities, jurisdictions, sub-contractors, build partners, and internal construction manager to ensure a smooth and efficient activation
Requirements
* 2 years plus of project administration, project management or field construction experience
- Exceptional customer service skills and maintaining customer relationships
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve customer questions and issues
- Strong computer skills: reputed company, reputed company Suite, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The Specialist must work in the CST time zone
