Job Overview
As a Customer Care Intern at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional customer experiences to our clients and customers. This is a 6-month trainee program with the potential for a permanent position. You will receive a monthly stipend during the training period. The role is fully remote, and you will be required to have a 2 to 3 Hours Backup, 22 to 24” Monitor with HDMI Cable, Table, Chair, and a Quiet reputed company to work.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Intern, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer/clients queries in a timely and accurate way, reputed company phone, email, or chat
* Identifying customer/clients needs and helping customers use specific features
* Updating our internal databases/CRM with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
* Monitoring customer complaints on social media and reaching out to provide assistance
* Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
* Gathering customer feedback and sharing with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
* Assisting in training junior Customer Support Representatives
* Updating CRM (Change reputed company course to completed modules)
* Handling complicated queries which are not resolved by the first contact person
