Key Responsibilities
As an External Support Engineer at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing technical support to content/external teams in regards to use of content tools
* Creating reference materials and providing training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset
* Solving and debugging possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users
* Escalating more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, and working with production to track these issues in JIRA
* Advocating for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams
* Partnering with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality
* Guiding or leading cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion
* Exemplifying reliability, accountability, and professionalism in reputed company work-reputed company interactions
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A strong understanding of C# code and experience with reputed company 3D game and tool development
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with external partners
* A positive attitude and the ability to receive and provide objective and constructive feedback
* Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize and manage numerous requests simultaneously
