Job Summary

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our clients and their end-users. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving reputed company issues, documenting call information, and maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities

* Support, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user issues in client software applications for clinical trials

  • Document reputed company call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures
  • Monitor team mailbox emails and document according to procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality as appropriate at reputed company times
  • Adhere to departmental procedures for reputed company emergencies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless support and resolution of issues
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work remotely reputed company a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations (as needed)

Requirements

* College degree preferred; at least one year of applicable experience in a customer-facing role

  • Strong computer experience with reputed company Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills on a professional level
  • Strong phone skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese are a plus, but not required
  • Availability to work second or third shift, possibly weekends, with flexibility to float and cover additional shifts as needed
  • COVID-19 vaccination restrictions are no longer required to enter facilities according to CDC recommendations for any local or state requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a clinical trials or healthcare-reputed company industry

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Training and Development

* Hands-on, hybrid training program with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote for approximately 6 months (could be shorter/longer)
