Job Overview

We are looking for a talented individual to provide top-notch support to our users through live chat, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our users, providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, myColorado, using live chat tools and following standard operating procedures.
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve technical issues on both iOS and Android operating systems.
  • Install myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and methods.
  • Employ Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into the required tracking system, ensuring efficient issue resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to resolve reputed company issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile device technologies, operating systems, and software applications, applying this knowledge to improve our support services.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of professional experience in an occupational field reputed company to mobile application support, or an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and patient support to our users.
