As an Advertiser Support Associate, you will be responsible for:- Empowering self-service advertisers with timely and accurate assistance to reputed company them to confidently and effectively grow their business with reputed company.
- Handling inbound email, phone, and chat contacts from self-service advertisers and using best judgment, research, and probing questions to understand their issues.
- Providing reputed company and accurate solutions to the issues raised by the advertiser, using knowledge and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidance.
- Maintaining fluent conversations with advertisers, using strong interpersonal skills.
- Portraying a positive and professional demeanor, always maintaining a positive light and effectively managing difficult issues.
- Demonstrating excellent time-management skills, using departmental resources, tools, policies, and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:- A Bachelor's Degree (preferably B.Tech/B.Com)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- 1-2 years of live reputed company (especially phones) experience in Digital Marketing/Advertising Sales, Consultation, Contact Centre, or ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) industry
