We're seeking an reputed company Admissions Advisor to join our remote team as a key member of our Enrollment Management and Student Recruitment department. As an Assistant Director of Admissions, you'll work closely with our Director of Admissions and Recruitment to reputed company and implement strategies for attracting and enrolling qualified applicants for our programs. As an Admissions Advisor, you'll be responsible for:- Assisting in the hiring and training of Admissions Representatives
- Ensuring compliance with our strict code of conduct and adhering to reputed company relevant regulations
- Managing and motivating Admissions Representatives to reputed company their performance goals
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Admissions Representatives, including regular performance reviews
- Submitting timely and accurate Admissions reports as requested by management
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with reputed company, staff, and external partners
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A Bachelor's degree (preferred) or a combination of education and experience in a reputed company field
- 2-4 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a reputed company field, preferably in a leadership or management role
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with reputed company, staff, and external partners
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
