Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Training and Onboarding

Blithequark is committed to providing comprehensive training and onboarding to ensure your success in this role. The training program will last approximately 2-3 weeks, during which you will be required to be on camera and participate in virtual training sessions. You will also be expected to work a standard schedule (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Pacific) during the training period.

Remote Work Arrangements

As a 100% remote employee, you will be required to have a dedicated, quiet workspace with a table, chair, and reliable internet reputed company. Blithequark will provide the necessary equipment, including a laptop and headset, as well as a 2-reputed company LAN cable for reputed company connectivity. You will be expected to maintain a hardwired internet reputed company, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps, and be available for video screenings and virtual meetings.

• Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

• No time off will be allowed during the first 90 days of assignment
