Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company 988 Chat/Text Crisis Specialist to join our remote team on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention focused team. As a key member of reputed company, you will handle incoming chat/text messages through the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also reputed company as 988, and provide brief clinical screenings, risk assessments, and appropriate service linkage for individuals experiencing emotional distress. Key Responsibilities

• Provides telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments to assess for suicide, safety, and identify appropriate community resources to best meet individual needs.

• Conducts follow-up calls for individuals who are deemed moderate to high risk for suicide.
• Meets the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, Psychology, Social Work, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist.

• Experience working in a crisis hotline or mental health setting.
