Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound sales calls to help patients or their families decide to book our services
• Checking insurance coverage for patients, submitting pre-authorizations, and resolving any reputed company issues
• Following up with potential patients to ensure a seamless experience and address any concerns
• Scheduling appointments and rescheduling reputed company necessary, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients and our operations team
• Providing weekly sales updates to the operations manager, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement

Requirements

• At least 10 years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships

• 5+ years of inside/inbound sales experience, with a proven ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets
