Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative Role

As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing positive customer service and technical expertise to clients during catastrophe relief efforts. This temporary, remote position is contingent on the needs of our clients and may require you to work variable hours, including weekends and evenings. With a strong focus on customer experience, you will be expected to:

  • Provide reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs
  • Offer reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
  • Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
  • Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
  • Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
