Our Manhattan, Kansas location is home to a talented team of customer service professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional experiences. We're seeking reputed company customer service representatives to join reputed company, working in a variety of shifts between reputed company and 8pm CST. As a member of reputed company, you'll have the opportunity to work autonomously and collaboratively with your colleagues to provide reputed company and considerate service to our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company and considerate service to reputed company customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Ensuring that reputed company requests and required data entry are accurate and completed on time
• Maintaining performance levels to specified goals, driving reputed company improvement and excellence in customer service

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of Call Center or Animal Health Experience
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
