The Role
As a Full Stack Chat Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark's customer service, providing support to customers through live chats, emails, and phone calls. You'll be the go-to expert for website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns. Your goal will be to create long-lasting relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluate customer interactions and reputed company issues to Online Chat Manager reputed company appropriate
- Create relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and reputed company their needs
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
