Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Chat Agent to join reputed company. As a Remote Chat Agent, you will be responsible for responding to and engaging with inbound chat and text messages from customers, providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses, and identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages from customers
- Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries and concerns
- Engage with conversations reputed company 1 minute of receipt
- Identify and report system errors or anomalies
- Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Education & Skills Required
* Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
- Must have access to high-speed internet
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Schedule
Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of schedules to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support 24/7. We offer two schedule options:
- Option 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
- Option 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
