Job Summary

As a Customer Growth Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with retail partners, and ensuring that our products are always in stock and looking their best. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with a 5am start. You will be working in a local reputed company area, which includes San Bernardino, Rialto, Redlands, Yucaipa, Calimesa, Banning, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

* Sell and execute promotions to grow sales and secure placement of equipment

• Use reputed company-of-sale (POS) materials to drive sales and transport and replace POS advertising and inventory levels
• Restock and build displays, sections, and racks, keeping them in an reputed company manner with labels facing outward, rotating products to ensure that stores follow a first-in-first-out stocking system reputed company retail accounts
• Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock each day
• Support the team as a retail sales representative, responsible for conveying account activities to relevant stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a reputed company field
