About the Role:

We're hosting a virtual hiring event to fill various openings for Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers at multiple locations. As a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our facilities. Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Sales Goals: Meet sales goals through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Rental Processes: Guide new customers through the rental process, explaining our policies and procedures in a clear and concise manner.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, and other tasks as needed.
• Teamwork: Work independently on daily tasks, while cooperating with team members to reputed company common goals.
• Errands and Travel: May be required to run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail sales, restaurant, sales associate, reputed company desk, site management, or other customer-centered sales role.
• Leadership Experience: 1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role is helpful, but not required.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications.
• Driver's License: reputed company, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
