Requirements
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using phone and computer systems for customer interactions
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- Previous experience in healthcare and/or startup companies is a plus!
