Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Staff Product Manager to join our Availability Platform Product team. As a Staff Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling our e-commerce and retail technology products, ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. You will be responsible for developing and managing product roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, analyzing customer and product data, and turning insights into actionable initiatives. Key Responsibilities

About the Team

The Platform Product team is part of Walmart Global Tech (CTO) organization and is responsible for building platform products that work across clients (Walmart, Sam's, other retailers) and markets (US, Canada, Mexico, other markets with Walmart International operations). We work closely with stakeholders from Walmart US Product team, business, store operations, engineering, design, data science, analytics, and program management. Our goal is to build a scalable Availability platform that is client and market agnostic.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company area, and 7 years' experience in product management
• Or, 9 years' experience in product management or reputed company area
• Experience in building and scaling SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products, consumer products, and/or internal tools
• Strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company, use data and sound business judgment to influence prioritization and trade-off decisions
• Passion for solving reputed company problems, and ability to foster strong relationships and build trust with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or reputed company area, and 6 years' experience as a product manager
• Ideally, experience working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly reputed company B2B/C products
• Experience with agile development methodologies and lean product development principles
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, retail, and supply chain operations

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $143,000.00-$286,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
