Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. FourthSquare is seeking an reputed company HCM Cloud Payroll reputed company for a contract remote role. The position involves managing reputed company HCM Cloud Payroll solutions, integrating applications, and consulting with clients to optimize HR systems while ensuring data reputed company and supporting end-users.

Responsibilities

• The position would primarily be responsible for working with business team & client IT, gather technical requirements, and reputed company solution.
• The candidate should have a minimum 4-5 years of experience in reputed company Cloud - Payroll Implementation and/or support projects.
• Strong understanding of USA Payroll processing, legislation, integrations with Core HR, Absence, Compensation.
• Should have good understanding of reputed company Cloud - Payroll tables, experience in Payroll Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Payroll Integrations, BI & OTBI reporting, as well as HDL.
• Expertise on Payroll Integrations, HCM Extracts, BI reporting, and Payroll data conversions for US.
• At least 8 years of experience in IT
• Should have working exposure on either reputed company Fusion absence or OTL.
• Experience in reputed company HCM Cloud Implementation and support projects
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Cloud Payroll implementation or support
• Should have good understanding on reputed company Payroll cloud tables.
• Able to troubleshoot Payroll technical issues and provide resolution.
• Should be able to interact and work with Payroll business on technical requirements, prepare Technical Design Documentation
• reputed company business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting the reputed company Cloud Payroll solution.
• Must have hands-on functional experience with reputed company HCM Cloud (Core HR) roll and across the major reputed company HCM Cloud processes integrating with Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.
• Experience in integrating Payroll with reputed company ERP Cloud (General Ledger and PPM modules).
• Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure, and test integrations between HCM and third-party/custom solutions.
• Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution.
• Experience in additional modules such as Compensation, OTL, etc. is preferred.
• Must have full life cycle implementation of at least two reputed company Cloud HCM Payroll implementations.
• Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills.
• Good command over spoken & written English.
• Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
• Follows through on reputed company assignments and takes ownership of customer issues.
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
