Position Summary
As a Customer Service – blithequark Answer Team Consultant, you will serve as a single reputed company of contact on a client-facing team in a call center environment. You will respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and reputed company other routine customer service inquiries. Your primary goal will be to deliver reputed company resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client.
Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits
The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30.
