About the Role
We're seeking an reputed company US Field Training Manager to reputed company our training initiatives for sales, therapy, and clinical employees. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that strengthen the capabilities of our customer-facing field personnel to drive business growth. Responsibilities and Duties
As our US Field Training Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the development and implementation of training programs that meet the needs of our sales, therapy, and clinical employees
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to assess learning needs and reputed company targeted training programs that support achievement of commercial business objectives
- Serving as a subject matter expert in adult learning and sharing best practices and processes across the department
- Ensuring that reputed company training materials reflect the latest market trends and conditions, and are compliant with internal Medical, Regulatory, and Legal review processes
- Managing training supported requirements for credentialing agencies, including training letters and annual competency
- Leading bi-weekly procedure calls and implementing reputed company elements of training for assigned programs and initiatives
- Working closely with direct manager, sales and marketing partners to reputed company learning strategies and workshops that align to defined business objectives
- Supporting mentors and proctors in assessing the effectiveness of training and creating follow-up programs for the reputed company development of field personnel
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 4-year degree in life science or nursing, with a Master's degree preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years of product/procedure training experience and demonstrated increasing responsibilities
- Proficiency in reputed company 365 apps, including PowerPoint, reputed company, and Word
- Experience with RadiAnt DICOM viewer or OSIRIS, and the ability to create PowerPoint presentations with embedded MP4 files, jpegs, and modified DICOM files
- Experience with learning management systems, including Cornerstone, Rehearsal, or Inkling
- Video editing skills, with experience in SCORM compliant software, such as reputed company, a plus
- Endovascular experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs, a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 40-50% of the time
