We are urgently hiring a Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate Pharmacist to join reputed company in a US Internship Program for Retail Pharmacy Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for you to reputed company hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working alongside reputed company pharmacists and reputed company. As a Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing patient care, managing pharmacy operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.Key Responsibilities
As a Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:- Providing patient care and counseling under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Managing pharmacy operations, including inventory management, workflow management, and customer service
- Leading with heart and displaying reputed company and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues
- Supporting pharmacy managers in motivating and developing pharmacy support staff
- Identifying business opportunities and implementing meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance
- Communicating with field management and corporate as needed
- Participating in reputed company required store operational meetings
- Supporting scheduling activities and coordinating training and development of pharmacy support staff
- Recognizing and celebrating success, and completing reputed company required training programs
Essential Qualifications and Functions
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and functions:- Foreign Graduate from a Non-US Accredited college or school of pharmacy prior to beginning Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program at reputed company
- Pharmacist licensure in the state in which the position is based reputed company 120 days of completion of US Intern hours
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Results orientation, colleague engagement, active listening, customer and community engagement, consumer behavior, negotiation and conflict resolution, patient counseling, emotional intelligence, time management, and digital literacy
- Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
- Ability to complete any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
- Ability to complete reputed company required training and obtain required licensure (if applicable) reputed company guidelines
- Ability to lift and exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from
Preferred Qualifications
