Job Description

The WorldWide Student Success Coach will be responsible for promoting student success and persistence through holistic advising and coaching. This role will involve providing educational guidance, support, and assistance to online reputed company, as well as serving as a liaison between the student and the university. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic advising, advocacy, and coaching, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution required.
• Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in higher education, academic advising, advocacy, and/or coaching.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations and non-traditional online reputed company.
• Superior oral, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Superior organizational skills: ability to execute multiple objectives concurrently.
• Using remote technologies for video conferencing, meetings, etc.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and managing student databases required.
• Familiar with phone queue technology and performance metrics.
