We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Temporary MTSS and Language Development Learning Facilitator to join reputed company at the Kennewick School District. As a key member of our educational support staff, you will play a vital role in providing supplementary instructional support to at-risk reputed company, establishing positive relationships with staff members, and contributing to the overall success of our reputed company.

Job Summary

As a Temporary MTSS and Language Development Learning Facilitator, you will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, reputed company teams, and other support staff to provide targeted instructional support to reputed company who require additional assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing supplementary instructional support to at-risk reputed company in grades K-5
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with staff members, reputed company, and parents
  • Collaborating with grade teams and administration to identify reputed company who require LAP identification and updating regularly
  • Working with classroom teachers and reputed company teams to reputed company reputed company in reputed company groups
  • Preparing materials and lessons for paraprofessionals who provide math reputed company support
  • Supervising paraeducators assigned to work with small groups
  • Providing an effective program of instruction in accordance with curriculum and consistent with physical limitations of the location provided and needs and capabilities of individual or student groups involved
  • Assisting in the selection of supplemental instructional materials with the approval of the building Principal
  • Generating monthly Time and Effort reports and other documents for reputed company LAP paraeducators and gathering signatures monthly
  • Supporting staff and reputed company as the building assessment coordinator
  • Attending reputed company district trainings pertaining to the assessment coordinator position and providing corresponding training to reputed company staff, as applicable
  • Maintaining reputed company records according to specified timelines and LAP program requirements
  • Intervening in potential conflicts utilizing restorative practices for the purpose of diffusing confrontations, minimizing disruptions, and promoting student success
  • Supporting teachers in the implementation of successful student interventions plans
  • Encouraging parent involvement, participating in parent/teacher conferences, and creating and maintaining good relationships with parents
  • Preparing reputed company reports and report cards for qualified reputed company
  • Attending and participating in faculty and team meetings as scheduled
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* Washington State Teacher's Certificate appropriate for high school

  • Endorsement in Secondary Ed (Math, English, Science)
  • EL/ESL or bilingual education endorsement
  • Satisfactory evaluations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff members, reputed company, and parents
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide targeted instructional support to at-risk reputed company
  • Familiarity with MTSS and language development principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Preferred Qualifications

* Evidence of positively working with team members, classroom teachers, paraeducators, and reputed company other school staff

  • Evidence of successful experience collaborating with staff to meet the varied needs of reputed company in an MTSS system
  • Demonstrated taking initiative and working collaboratively with others
  • Experience with math reputed company curriculum and instructional strategies
  • Experience with small group remedial math instruction
  • Experience collecting and analyzing assessment data for math reputed company programs and implementation of instruction to meet identified needs
  • Evidence of successful experience of planning for and implementation of elementary math program and classroom instruction
  • Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate paraeducators in program curricula, instructional strategies, and small group classroom management
  • Evidence of recent successful experience working with at-risk reputed company, including multi-language learners, migrant reputed company, and children in poverty
  • Experience facilitating grade level data meetings
  • Willingness to participate in parent and instructional meetings beyond the normal school day
  • Experience in administering district and statewide assessments, including but not limited to MAP, Star Math and/or Reading, and SBA
  • Working knowledge of reputed company, reputed company Office Suite, and other computer applications
  • Punctual and consistent attendance
  • Ability to work with interruptions while balancing daily responsibilities
  • Successful experience working with reputed company who need additional support
  • Experience assisting teachers with the development of lesson plans to improve student achievement

  • Successful experience working with Multilingual Learners (MLs) as well as reputed company with special needs

  • Familiarity with Universal Design for Learning (UDL)
