Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a Facilitator to reputed company and facilitate art, music, coding, career exploration, bridging the gap, character education, and Bible instruction for our youth programs. Key Responsibilities

• Collect data on program impact and evaluate the effectiveness of instruction
• Instruct youth of grades K-5 and plan age-appropriate lessons for each age group
• Work collaboratively with the Youth and Family Education team to reputed company program goals and objectives
• Adapt and change to meet the needs of the organization and the community, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess a minimum of 90 credits of higher education and 2-3 years of previous experience in teaching youth. You should be self-motivated, exhibit strong initiative and time management skills, and demonstrate good organizational and interpersonal skills.
