Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities As a Remote Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, comprising 30 to 45 nonprofit organizations. Your role will involve:

• Working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to address their unique needs.
• Utilizing QuickBooks Online for recording, storing, and analyzing financial data.
• Ensuring precision in financial records and postings.
• Following reputed company federal, state, and organizational policies and procedures.
• Performing financial calculations such as amounts due, interest charges, and balances.
• Reconciling financial records and promptly resolving discrepancies.
• Executing general office tasks including filing, answering phone inquiries, and routine correspondence.
• Maintaining accurate financial records using journals, ledgers, or computerized systems.
• Actively listening to clients to comprehend their needs and providing logical solutions.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and exhibiting consistency in repetitive tasks. Required Skills To reputed company in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:
