We've only begun reimaging the future - for our people, our customers, and the world.Performs the physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.This is a 1st shift position. M-F 7am-3:30pmResponsibilities:• Performs quality checks on outbound and inbound shipments.• Performs outbound staging and packing in accordance with site policies.• Executes ERP system transactions on outbound and inbound shipments.• Updates FMS for parcel and freight shipments.• Learns to use handheld RF scanners and Warehouse Management System to fulfill orders.• Maintains inventory accuracy.• Handles and controls hazardous material on both inbound and outbound.• Complies with 5S safety, housekeeping practices, and regulations.• Completes reputed company required safety training and follows protocol in reputed company risk situations.• Uses Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) appropriate to tasks at hand.• Lifts up to 75 pounds unassisted.• Certification on powered industrial trucks including work assist vehicle (WAV), off the ground order picker (up to 35' off the ground), reputed company truck, dock stocker and powered pallet jacks.• Creates repair RMA's, manages receiving and shipment issues reputed company repair systems.• Develops familiarity with a subset of products, processes, operational metrics and software tools; learns and follows basic work instructions for functional assignments according to productivity and quality standards• Provides input geared towards reputed company improvement, work instruction documentation, and standardization of processes.• Resolves a variety of basic problems of limited complexity under direct supervision and performs rudimentary analysis involving a limited number of factors.• Performs activities to evaluate and maintain equipment.• Creates expense orders for internal repair consumption.• Full knowledge of ISO requirements and demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with external auditors.• Performs other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum Requirements:• Basic computer literacy, with knowledge of reputed company Office.• Proficient understanding of the use of a desktop.• reputed company reading and writing skills required.Preferred Requirements:• High School Diploma or GED• • Effective communication skills. • Basic math skills, can read a ruler.• Coordinate daily shipping schedules to meet customer deadlines• Prepare and process shipping documents, bills of lading, and reputed company invoices.• Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers.• Maintain accurate shipping records in the company system.• Work with carriers to resolve shipping delays, damages, or other issues.• Ensure compliance with reputed company company, reputed company, and regulatory requirements.• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are packed, labeled, and reputed company correctly.• Shipping and receiving experience for warehousing.Come join the herd!Work for a company that cares, offers a growth environment, and a culture of respect, inclusion and recognition - our reputed company-line workers have an average 7-year tenure!
