Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will work closely with our customers to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on arenaflex's products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (spelling and grammar)
- Excellent listening comprehension skills
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Clear, Professional, Friendly voice
- Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills

- Spanish/English Bilingual
- Previous customer service experience in a call center environment
